Island Grocery Depot is a local, family-owned grocery store serving Maui since 1986. Originally opened as VIP Cash N’ Carry, our stores have been part of the community for over 40 years. In 2014, we became Island Grocery Depot to better reflect our focus on serving Maui residents and visitors.

We offer an island-friendly selection of hard-to-find local specialties alongside your favorite national grocery brands. Whether you're shopping for your family, stocking up in bulk, or purchasing for a business, you'll find a variety of sizes and products at a good value.

Island Grocery Depot is part of Valley Isle Produce, founded in 1951 by Roy Okumura. Our sister division, VIP Foodservice, serves restaurants and businesses throughout Maui, continuing our family's long history in the island's food industry.

Today, Island Grocery Depot has two convenient locations in Kahului and Lahaina. We're grateful for the continued support of our customers and for everyone who chooses to support local Maui businesses.
